Zhejiang Asia-pacific Mechanical & Electronic Co., Ltd which was listed in Shenzhen stock exchange on Aug. 28th 2009 is the holding subsidiary of Asia-pacific Mechanical & Electronic Group Co., Ltd. APG is committed to develop, manufacture and sell the whole set of automotive brake system. It is the national key high-tech enterprise, the leading enterprise in Chinese auto brake industry, the first batch of national exporting enterprise of auto spare parts, and the national leading large scale tier one auto part supplier developing and producing auto ABS independently. It has the state-level technology center, national laboratory, academician workstation and post-doctoral research station.
The leading product auto brake system is Chinese brand-name product, and its registered trademark "Xianghu" is China famous trademark, and "APG" is Zhejiang famous brand. The products include more than 100 series and 500 types of auto basic brake system, auto electric assistant braking system and new material auto brake part. Being for all kinds of cars, small cars, medium heavy-duty trucks, and medium-sized passenger cars provide a systematic and modular package. APG's output and scale are among the best in the domestic counterparts.
The sales network of APG covers domestic famous automative enterprise and international famous automative companies, including North America, Europe and Australia, and so on. The main customers are FAW-Volkswagen, FAW, Shanghai Volkswagen, Shanghai GM, SAIC-GM-Wuling, Dongfeng Automobile, Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile, Dongfeng Nissan, Zhengzhou Nissan, Beijing Automotive Holdings, Jiangling Motors, Cherry Automobile, Chang'an Automobile, Brilliance Jinbei, JAC, etc.
APG owns advanced equipment and process in the same industry. The development, production and test equipemet are mainly imported from USA, Germany, Japan and Korea, and so on. It has a series of test equipment, such as SCHENCK Dyno tester, LINK3900 Dyno tester, NVH tester, high-low temperature performance tester, booster performance tester and ABS tester. These equipments assume the precision measure and performance test of the full set of auto brake system from development to production, and the test level is in the lead in auto brake part industry.
Based on the experience of successful development and mass production of ABS, APG is aimed at developing auto electric assistant braking system, such as ESC, EABS, EPB. At present, the production capability of auto electric controlling system has reached to 1 million parts per year. By taking the advantage of mature technology of auto brake system and high percent resource of auto enterprise customer, APG starts laying out the automotive intelligent driving, and getting into automotive intelligent advanced assistant driving field, and has setted up the driveless ecosystem of " Enviroment sensing+Active safty controlling + " for intelligent automobile preliminarily.
