"Sichuan Yihang Internal Combustion Engine Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a professional manufacturer of internal combustion engine parts, was founded in 2006. Its predecessor is Yibin Internal Combustion Engine Parts Factory. The company is located in Nanxing Town, Guanghan City, Sichuan Province, covering an area of 25 mu, with a construction area of 6000 square meters. It is adjacent to the world-famous Sanxingdui, close to Chengdu Mianyang Expressway and China National Highway 108, 30 kilometers away from Chengdu, with fast and convenient transportation and developed logistics.
The company has a variety of 160T-1000T die-casting machines, three-axis four axis machining centers, three coordinate detectors, tensile testing machines, physical and chemical analyzers, leakage detectors, Ultrasonic cleaning, rolling sand blasting machines and conventional machining equipment. We have 108 employees, including 54 senior technicians and 9 experienced engineers. After more than 20 years of professional automotive parts production and experience summary, the company now has a sound hardware foundation and process technology, has established a complete and reliable quality management system, and passed the ISO/TS16949 quality system international standard in 2008.
The company is the first domestic manufacturer to produce imported parts to replace 4JBI (493Q) engines. Since 1991, we have been producing 493Q accessories for over 20 years. At present, the company's leading products include more than ten categories of products, including timing gear chambers, timing gear chamber covers, sprocket chambers, sprocket chamber covers, pulley chambers, cylinder head covers, intake manifolds (including those used by National Fourth Machinery), exhaust manifolds (including those used by National Fourth Machinery), thermostat assemblies, thermostat housing and outlet assemblies, automotive air conditioning compressor brackets, left and right reinforcement plates, generator brackets, and more than forty varieties. Our existing products are suitable for matching multiple 493Q engines, and we also provide services such as sample processing. The company has long-term cooperation with manufacturers such as Great Wall and Chengfa, and has provided supporting products to manufacturers such as Foton, Jianghuai, FAW, Second Automobile, Dongfeng, Hengtian Power, and Geo. At the same time, our company also produces supporting parts for Sany Heavy Industry and Jiangsu Sida. We not only cooperate with multiple domestic manufacturers, but also export our products to many countries and regions.
